CASE STUDY

Brian Aaron is the owner and Executive Chef of Aaron’s Catering in Miami, FL. Often called a visionary by other leaders in the industry because of his Molecular Gastronomy and creative Mixology, Brian came to the studio to discuss his dream shoot.

His idea comprised us shooting Brian in his kitchen (or lab) as he made for some some incredible dishes and drinks. The end result of the shoot has been published in numerous publications and has given Brian the title of “Scientific Chef.”
